I second the motion that Stan's Stripper Basket is the best design I've ever seen or used. It's not only superb for the surf but it is also fantastic for wade fishing rivers and streams and of course, rock-hopping. If I'm not mistaken, I believe it's being marketed by Orvis. Dan
