Bill, I'm sure that's what is happening, as it does every autumn, and it seems that a lot of bait (anchovies) has been coming in on these six-foot incoming tides we've been having. Great combination.

(Using a waterproof marker, I put an H on the tail of each of these 100 stripers, so that Dan and the rest of the Delta team will know that I caught them first).
