You might experiment with a "square" stance- where your shoulders are in line with your target. This facilitates using your larger leg and back muscles to power your cast instead of your smaller wrist and arm muscles - and delays fatigue. This stance combined with a straight-line "punching" movement of your casting hand will move your rod tip in a straight line which your line will follow.
