The Blanton Forum has mountains of information available to anyone that fly fishes the Delta and the rest of the world. Many of the posters here are noted "Hot Dogs" that often will provide you with the no B.S. answers on any fly fishin' topic. Depending on your background and depth of information you are looking for you should consider reading the excellent book, "Fly Fishing The California Delta" By Mike Costello and John Sherman as a starting point. Then spend the time to go back for a few years and read the posts during the time of the year that you are interested in.... Most of the posters here will not provide "X'es" on the water for you as HPS are areas that might have taken years and many hundreds of hours of fishin' to develop. I know in the past, I have been given significant grief for even mentioning a general area. In my opinion, there are no secret locations in the Delta. However, there are personal HPS's that are highly coveted. Go Catchin'.........!!
