RIO redfish and bonefish lines are different. If you are looking for a line to cast in really skinny water then the bonefish line might be your ticket. When fishing the islands of Acklins and even Crooked or Long Island in the Bahamas MUCH of your fishing is bone in 6-12" of water. The bonefish line would probably be a better line. Everywhere else I have fished bones (which was in 18'-30" of water) the redfish line was a better choice. The head is a tad heavier which allows for an easier cast into a strong wind. For Abaco (which I have fished many times) I would opt for the redfish line.
