I would suggest that you give them to the International Federation of Fly Fishers. donate the supplies to either the IFFF National office, 406-222-9369 or http://www.fedflyfishers.org/ or to your local IFFF Council, http://www.fedflyfishers.org/Councils.aspx

Education is the Foundation of the FFF - Education is one of the founding principle of the Federation of Fly Fishing and a key component of our motto, "Educating, Conserving & Restoring through Fly Fishing". The FFF has many programs and they all are related to education. Whether we are trying to help the young or the not so young, we want to pass on our love for the sport to someone else. Ways the Federation supports our mission include:

Conservation program
Certified Instructor Casting Program
Fly Tying Group
Lewis & Clark online exhibit & printed materials
Equipment loaner program
International Fly Fishing Fair
Boy Scout Merit Badge
Lewis A. Bell Library
Collection of fly fishing artifacts at the IFFF Headquarters
Comprehensive website that provides many resources

Here in the Gulf Coast Council-IFFF, http://www.gulfcoastfff.org/ , we are working with the BSA - Evangeline Council's Swamp Base High Adventure Program, www.bsaswampbase.org or http://www.gulfcoastfff.org/index.php?page=education

We plan to expand this work to the BSA summer camps in this part of the country that teach the Fly Fishing Merit Badge, by supplying those camps with quality fly rods and reels, as well as tying equipment and supplies.
