Hi Rich

I tie the fly in two versions; un weighted and weighted. It works well in Ute and Conchas dam for LM,SM,WB, Walleye. Channel Cat at times.
Hook; Mustad 3407 sz1
Tail; white Puglisi Fiber, a few strands of silver and gold Flashabou, topped with a sparse amount of blue Craft Fur
Body; White opalescent Estaz with a sparse blue bucktail wing
Head;Gray thread with yellow/black stick on eyes and 30# monofilament tied as a loop weedguard.

Hook; Eagle Claw 413 sz1 60 degree jig hook
Eyes; hourglass "Real Eyes Plus" 7/32
rest of fly ties with the same materials as above except the weedguard is not used.
Length of flys 21/2 to 3" Try red/wht version for SM also.
I fish this fly from shallow to very deep depending on the line and time of the year.

Best Joe
