Great report Lee! Inagua is a special place. Still looking for my first permit there.
There are actually a few restaurants on the island , quietly tucked away in the town.
There is also another lodge there too, owned by a native Inaguan. I'm not surprised you don't know about it as it is 15 miles outside of town on a remote stretch of beach.

Inagua is certainly a spartan place, great for anglers who like to get off the beaten path.
