Grand Slam Club by FWC

|Just return from the keys and I missed completing a slam by not catching a bonefish.|
It was my 2nd or 3rd time I missed a slam in the keys by not catching it.
Maybe about 10 times i missed a slam in the keys by not catching a tarpon.
My guide and I tried to find a bonefish very hard but we didn't see any bonefish at all.
This year I got 2 slams in 4 days of fishing in Belize but I may want to one slam in the keys instead 2 slams in Belize.
Anyway, today I just received a mail from Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
"South Florida Grand Slam Club" certificate was in the mail.
I was a little surprised to receive it as I didn't submit any application to FWC and I even didn't know FWC has their own grand slam clubs(South, North and some other I already forgot).
As there is IGFA logo on the certification, I guess my IGFA grand slam(which I got last year) automatically linked to the FWC's slam clubs.
I am glad I received it.
I also like their right definition of the slam, only tarpon/permit/bonefish is regarded as the slam while IGFA allows tarpon/bonefish/snook as a slam.
I didn't even want to submit a slam application to IGFA whenever I caught tarpon/bonefish/snook.
It's a shame to do so in my opinion.
It looks FWC doesn't have super slam club as I guess catching tarpon/bonefish/permit/MUTTON SNUPPER on the flat by sight fishing is impossible in the keys nowadays.
