My annual trip to arctic Norway was a blast, as usual. Next to the always present Atlantic cod we caught a couple of very big pollack (Pollachius pollachius) and some good coalfish (your pollock: Pollachius virens). One of our aims was an Atlantic halibut on fly. Unfortunately we only got followers on fly. My fishing buddy Rob did get a nice flounder on a spinning rod and a soft plastic lure. You can find a more detailed report on my blog: www.whatliesbeneathfishing.blogspot.nl Scroll down for the English version and photos.

Cheers,
Jeroen
