I would try to get a reel with the largest diameter and large arbor spool possible. A reel with a 3 3/8 diameter spool for big bonefish is not practical regardless how well its made and how affordable it is and one that weighs almost 10 ounces is way to heavy for modern super light rods in my opinion.
Unfortunately with the exception of a couple of manufactures such as Nautilus , most are missing the boat when it comes to reel design. Most reels are too heavy for the new generation super light rods and too small in diameter for quick line recovery for speedsters such as bonefish & permit .I know it's not in your price range but the ultimate boefish reel in my opinion is the Nautilus 10/11 with the gica 8 spool for an eight weight rod.
