Bill, it certainly is. All the fish in these pictures were caught this week in a shallow corner of a stock tank (that's what we call ponds in Texas). It wasn't just evening fishing either. Most of these were caught before 5 PM. All these fish were very shallow and smashing bait. All of them were caught on my trusty Upside Down Frog, derived from Mr. Doran's KDM Rat. It's pretty windy out there, but a little wind never hurt anyone, at least until they hooked themselves on a bad forward cast!
