Hey Steve,

Great idea! I'm going to give this a try. I have been looking for a quick connect idea, for cuda, when bonefishing. The curling, knotable wire is a bit of a pain, to be sure.
Steve, it seems that this wire might be a bit too heavy for top water/gurglers/pike. Have you tried this concept for top water bugs?

Still waiting for the lake to turn over and turn on. My work schedule is a little crazy right now, but we should try to hook up for a trip, or lunch at least!
