I picked up the AWS H-110 digital scale a few years ago to actually weight my luggage. It does a great job of that with its easy-to-read numbers in either pounds or Ks.

It weighs fish very easily too. I use a mesh bag, net or other supporting device so I don't have to "hang" the fish by the jaw or lip.
