If you're going to go that light on the bite - use a 3-through Surgeon's. I think you'll really like it and I know it's as strong as anything else you use that's quick and easy. Be sure you pull hard on all the tags and standing lines to be sure the knot is set properly. I know I don't need to tell you that Jon - but it never hurts to state the obvious if it's important.
