Its actually an Andy Burk pattern he ties for peacocks and stripers. My friend Dave Stanley had me tie up some for his annual Ascension Bay trip for extra client flies and such, I just made the tan ones for a more shrimpy color version of the fly. I'd be glad to do a step by step though, and I don't think Andy would mind.
