60 degree jig hooks for bonefish

Does anyone have any thoughts on 60 degree jig hooks for bonefish flies? I am thinking of trying some but it seems pretty hard to find a size 6 jig hook that is good for saltwater. It is almost like they are trying to tell me there are not size 6 jig hooks because no one would ever use them. Thanks for your help!
