I like it. late last year we were going to the Delta and I was goign to take along Ryen. He's over 16(now 22) so I needed to buy him a license. 3 day didn't work because of the weather we couldn't be sure in advance. So I bought him a 2012 license, and then due to weather and schedules, we never went fishing.
So I bought him a 2013 license in January. A 12 month consecutive license sure would have saved me money then.
