Read my original post. It's exactly what Senator Tom Berryhill is proposing.

Californian's for or against this bill, should let Berryhill know their feelings. I just posted it to see if I could get some consensus.

PS:

I purchase a new fishing license every year on Jan 1 through the DF&W's website. I post a reminder on my Outlook Express calendar so it's pretty much a moot issue to me.
