| I've always thought California somewhat advanced in many aspects of daily commerce and life, and that we here in Flori-duh are behind the times in many things-so I was shocked to learn every other state doesn't have a rolling 12 month licensure.In Florida you can get your license on line and have an annual reminder about your renewal date automatically emailed to you--so you don't fish ""illegal". But then again, I cant recall precisely, because in florida once you get to geezer age-,as I have,-65--all you need is proof that you're a Florida resident and you fish for free--no license of any sort required... |
