Cary is right, it is a needless hassle.
It must have been five or more years now that we have had this rolling license. I know I have fished "illegal" more than a few times with a license that expired at 3/21 or 5/15 or 7/21 or whatever damn date other than 12/31. Never gotten a ticket but I should/could have.
I planning on hitting the river Sunday and I'll have to check 'cause I have no idea when my license will/has expired. |
