I know Dan, Corpus Christi, Mississippi Estuary, Chesapeake bay, your Delta... all the same. Can't we learn? The story is repeating itself.

Restorations projects such as growing corals, planting seagrass beds or mangroves will not work as long as we do not get the hydroecology right. The hydrology, the salinity, the nutrients loading must be adequately timed right for the aforementioned Restoration projects to be successful.

I feel that putting a band aid on ecosystems is acceptable but changing our habits and the way we deal with mother nature is not.
