We didn't chum but the guys we talked to from Captain Cook Hotel chummed on a regular basis. Teanake seemed to me to be pretty accommodating we anything we wanted to do so if you wanted to chum I doubt it would be an issue. We chummed with Moana Kofe when I was last there in 1998. It brought the fish in but it seemed hard to get them to take a fly when there was fresh fish on the menu.
