Hey Phil,

I can't answer that question, Cause I have never been "caught."

What I meant with my post was, If you show up with a "golf bag" full of rods those guys will be licking there chops knowing how much extra money they will make off you. If I ever got caught, I think I would just pay my penalty the correct way. If everybody did the same, the rogue agents would soon dry up and go away, knowing there wasn't any free easy "money" anymore. just my opinion.
