Just after I hit POST on the last one, I thought of another book that might be of help. It was published in 1999, and I'm not sure if there's an update since then, but it's called "Guide to FlyFishing Southern Baja" and it's by Gary Graham. It is very specific about where local access is and what species you'll find. He also cautions you where dropoffs can be steep and the undertow pretty severe. He has lots of information on flies, but again it's almost fifteen years old. However, I'm guessing what worked them would still work now. It's not Cabo specific, but also covers areas up each coast. He also has a book on Magdalena Bay which is an area I've always wanted to fish. If you'll have access to wheels you can hit Magdalena as it's just short drive up the Pacific Coast.
