Tracey Stroup is a professional Kinesiologist and personal trainer from central, Pennsylvania. She attained her B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from the Pennsylvania State University and has furthered her education in Naturopathic Medicine, nutritional consulting and trigger point therapy. Her education and professional experience have been in the health and wellness industry for the last 18 years enhancing the fitness and performance levels of clients and athletes. Tracey was introduced to the sport of fly fishing by her husband, professional guide and author, Eric Stroup. It was upon their meeting that her life exploded to the great outdoors and her passion for fly fishing was born. Tracey’s specialty is the analysis of proper body mechanics for optimal performance and injury prevention in sports. She has now applied her expertise to the world of fly fishing. Wanda Taylor is the 1st Woman Master Certified casting instructor by the International Federation of Fly Fishers. She is an instructional guide on the Hiwassee River in east Tennessee. She has over 25 years’ experience as a professional guide and fly casting instructor.
