I would be careful about Montana in August, we are having a dryer winter than normal in Idaho/Montana and some rivers may be hot and low by August. Last year they closed some rivers in Yellowstone due to the temps and low flows. I agree with the Yucatan area if you miss the hurricanes, it is affordable and can be great fishing for all species.
