JC,

My skiff is not underpowered; it comes out of the hole very easily and cruises without strain at 4,500 doing about 28 to 30 mph with three anglers and gear but would hit 6 grand if I pushed it, which I rarely did. The bare hull only weight 950 pounds. It's not a double-hulled skiff. More like a Maritime skiff.

I agree about the blown head gasket/oil in the crankcase. Hopefully I won't experience similar problems with the new 115.
