'Tis never about Chuck being right or wrong, it is about the state of North Carolina doing what is right to make this fishery what it can be again and WE may well have to hammer em over the head and about the buttocks to make them!!!

I've talked to fly folks that were delighted to hook 20 to 40 fish a day and that is good fishing, but it IN NOT THE ROANOKE THAT WE ALL KNOW AND LOVE, by any stretch of the imagination.

Channel the maddness and become more active Steve and isist that your friends do as well. Start by emailing the Senate Pro Tem --- phil.berger@ncleg.net and the Speaker of the House ---- thom.tillis@ncleg.net and demand that HB353 be passed!!!

HB353 will make stripers (rockfish), spotted seatrout, and red drum gamefish in North Carolina and will be a huge step away from what we have become ---- the laughing stock of saltwater fisheries management on the East Coast!!!

A few pics from much closer to Harkers than my old stomping grounds, and Steve, you need to know full well that I'm mad as Hell too and I let politicians know it daily!!!

Good Fishing!!!
