got stiffed by a Tampa Bay guide

Stumbled upon a supposedly seasoned guide out of Tampa, Florida. This guy was named Ted Hays or Hoss something but went by "Bad Snook"

Sent him 1/2 down and was supposed to meet him at a place called Johns Pass marina. Got there at 5:30 a.m. and no guide. Waited til' 9 then called it quits. The ph. # he had was one of those throw away trac phones

Anybody know this guy? I'd like to get my $ back
