Dan I know what flies are, they are supposed to be light so that they can be cast by a weighted fishing line.
Ergo it, the fly shouldn't weigh a ton.
You call them what you like, I have used them,and I call them lead head jigs. And yes its a waste of time TRYING to explain it to me because it's so obvious it's a lead head jig its not funny. The heaviest component is that chunk of lead. Isn't it???
And if its shame on anyone its the mob who cannot recognise a fly.
