I have no problem with a quick shot of a fish, held out of the water before release. I recall years ago the slogan "limit your kill - don't kill your limit" followed by take a picture and release that fish. Now they don't even want you to take a picture. I really believe it you don't wish to do any harm to a fish, then don't fish.

I'm also not for breaking the law either, not even a bad law, but I'm not going to beat up someone for a rolling stop so long as it didn't cause an accident. Now talking or texting on a cell phone with one hand, driving with the other - that's something to get pissed about ;-)

Let's not turn our passion for fly-fishing into political diatribe and nit-picking. Admonishing someone for taking a photo is just too small. We've got bigger fisheries issues to battle.
