In a relatively recent TU magazine there was an article on casting and becoming certified and the author indicated that he had talked with someone about how much line you can carry and there are a few that come very close to "carrying" the full line. Not sure if it is a DT or WF though seems to be tough to carry a full WF. Also do not think it was a 5 wt but likely 7 wt or less. You can get alot of the running line out but the full amount seems like it would be tough?
