Agencies have been surveying for years and that's great. Under the proposed plan, Commercials and Party Boat Owners, the real marauders, and guides are off the hook - free.
My 2009 resident California fishing license will cost:
Resident Sport $ 41.20
Bay Delta Stamp 6.30
Steelhead Card 6.30
My Subtotal $ 53.80
Klamath Trinity
Salmon Stamp 4.75
Southern Calif. Ocean
Stamp 5.50
ALL $ 64.05
I don't like the idea of the possibility of another $15-$25 on individual recreational anglers.
