Guys... You got a plane to catch the next day and FLA F cites you for a "kill" out of the water pic and he sees it floating etc never mind it finally revives...hire a competent attorney return to FLA and litigate/defend...appeal after you are convicted by an eco minded judge or a redneck jury who wants to punish a yankee...if you are reaaly flush go for the righteous defense...if not leave it in the water or jump in and for a walk it about pic
