Don't know if I would call Earl a gentleman but yes I think so. Those scuppers were built into the boat it seems like someone should make some for the after market but all the transom configurations vary so much it is probably pretty much a custom thing. It was not difficult to do at all. Most scuppers are round so you can just drill a hole and install it, but then the crud can't wash out with the water. The oval shape is more time consuming but it is easy, just drill two holes and cut out the middle w/ a jig saw.
