as a guide, i wind up with quite a few broken rods. i deal with all of the big companies. while i understand the quality and build differences of the rods i put in clients' hands, i have to say (and always do) that for the price, tfo is a great product. and whenever i have had an issue, they always take care of it in DAYS, not weeks or months. and the one time i called them, rick got on the phone with me. that would probably never happen with another company... at least, never happened to me. in their price range, they are the best, and for customer care, they are the best.
