You might want to try our Hi Vis backing. It's about the same size as 20 lb Dacron but it stays round so it lays on the reel a lot better and does not cut you as a lot of the other backings. It holds great knots. If you would like I will send you a few yards to have that "Touch and Feel" sense. Send me you adress to flytying@cascadecrest.com Not cheap but it last forever.
