John, That looks like it would be painful as the spines on that bluegil are pointing the wrong way to do the "right down the hatch" deal. The photo is proof that largemouthed bass are a fly fishers best friend. To think that that bass was still interested in eating your fly, in my mind means he is dedicated to ensuring you have a great fly fishing experience.Grin.... I know plenty of folks that like to eat but don't know anyone who would wrestle a steak sandwich out of my hands with the end of a Quiznos sub still hanging out of their mouth.I guess we can be glad that people don't experience the issues of prespawn.That could be ugly.
