Depends on thee captain as where you throw the fly--some like you to throw it behind the fish other what it in the clear water--think the boats makes a difference. Mainly hit the water. All flies had Cam Sigler head --for sails and stripes it was pink cam sigler Blue marlin bigger fly with a Cam Popper head. As for popping you need to watch the fish - if he is coming for the fly i don't move it--if they are wandering around looking for a purpose a couple of twitches with the rod tip to move the fly a touch. Seeing the fish behind the boat is very helpful. The stripes and all the blues that teased in were not shy--aim for the clear water and hold on [click here to display pictures]
