I noticed in your excellent photos a number of flies with the Cam Sigler popper head. What was your presentation to the teased billfish; cast beyond the fish, two pops and let it sit or stripped?

In OZ last month the drill was to cast a fly (flashy profile) the same color as the hook less teaser behind the fish, allow the fly to sink (dead/crippled bait) while bouncing the rod tip to feed line. On three occasions this worked perfect with good hook-ups. The skipper from the fly bridge called the shot with an Aussie, "e ate it." Stripping the fly after a missed hook-up did not work even though some of the sails mauled the fly with the tip of their bills, no surprise there.
