I know a dog named Rumor, was it him? It is not uncommon for some folks to hype the fishing on public forums to stimulate business! I've learned that telling mistruths, even under oath down here is commonplace. If you want the true story you need to see for your self. Do a search for Bahia honda cam. Then you can have the same fish tank as I do. And when you see the Tarpon stacking up, THEN buy your ticket! Of course that is for the lower keys. For the middle Keys keep an eye on Bill Bishops threads. His adventure is taking him down the west coast of Florida to the Keys in search of Tarpon. The fishing is still too good in Miami for the migration to have started with any significance. Hell, the shrimp runs are just starting and it's March! That being said I would agree it may be like last season, an early migration.
