Go with 27 feet of LC-13. Shortest you want for a decent "loop." Grain weight will be fine. One can cast on a singlehand up to about "LC-17," which is not manufactured. I havent personally casted T-17, I have 17 grain leadcore which is thinner and casts better. I doubt you can singlehand cast the T-20 without breaking your rod or killing yourself with the fly.
