Hey Jonny, Thanks, Ever since slinky fiber came out I fell in love with the stuff. Started blending it with angel hair to get some really cool blends then found out Steve Farar had this already done, and you could buy it right off the shelf. Very cool. Not sure I really need to articulate the tail as the material is so long it already moves around...A little fishing time should answer that question. I did mess around the pool with another pattern a added a tail too and it really moves around... Yes, I tie the body on the hook and extend off the back with an articulated tail. What size were those flies in the below thread? Now I can see why you would want the hook back there. I'll give the fish skull articulated product a try. Thanks again. SC
