It was a pleasure driving to Dan's place and back with Chris in my car, great hanging out with him and it was interesting watching Chris and Dan talking about and exchanging flies as well as stories of mutual acquaintances, and of the Gulf of Carpentaria and other places down there, like Tasmania, where Chris is originally from. A great visit all and all. It would have been great to fish, but in the end that would just have been the cherry on top. Instead, we got a special private viewing of Dan's San Luis slide show.
