The strongest of the jig hooks I've tried are the Gama 60 degree jig hook with the flat eye. I don't recall the hook number. They'll hold up to anything you'll hook so long as you are fishing with legal or close to legal class tippets.
I opened up three 3/0 Targus jig hooks trying to stop cold, big peacock bass but I was using a 40-pound tipped and a 10-weight rod - give no line situation. That's a bit much to ask of any hook though. I think the Targus 9413 or the FS 5444 in 3/0 would hold a decent sized tuna though.
