Jonny's thread below got me even more inspired to try messing around with articulated fly design again. I never liked the idea of metal fasteners so I use mono with loops for the attachment and articulation...
Mono is so much lighter than metal and time will tell how the action is but ... Here's a few of Jonny's patterns I've been playing with.
