I took the advice of Angel & Steve (at California Fly) on jig hooks. I've been using the Gami & the Mustad hooks. Compared to the price of the Gami, the Mustad is a bargin. While the shank on the Mustad is a little shorter, the hook itself seem to be a little stouter.
