I've had there bucket for about a month now but didnt really think about using it( old habits die hard) untill I ran into Mr. Hutchinson at the Fly Show last week. He had explained to me that they started sealing the bottom of the bucket and using them that way versus collapsing them due to the bottom of the buckets leaking after a few usages. He had told me whick sealant to but and also offered to do it for free for mine but I live in the Bay Area and they are located in Sacramento. I took some time last week and started on my new project of getting this basket ready for some Delta fishing yesterday. The way he explained to seal the bucket worked perfectly but I noticed that the bottom foam bumps in the bottom werent keeping my line seperated that good. I then remember that I had bought some extra peggs for my Mangrove Hip Shooter from Victor over at Calif. Fly and decided to drop those in. They worked perfect!!!

Yesterday was the moment of truth to see how it worked and I have to say I'm convinced this is the way to go!!! I actually like the lightness of the bucket because its easy to move around the boat/kick if I need to adjust my strip. Thanks again Mr. Hutchinson for making a great stripping bucket which I will probably get another for my boat!! Now if I can just get my hands on your Sea Level Seven Eleven Bass Rod I could see how the 2 would go hand in hand!! A

P.S. Yesterdays Delta adventure gave us 15 to the boat with 2 keepers and the rest dinks and alot of headaches whith all the boaters on the water!!!!
