In February I was given one of their expensive nippers. First day of my vacation one of the jaws fell off (they're held on with a single tiny screw) and was lost somewhere on the beach in Baja. They replaced the jaw but didn't send a screw. The whole thing was a circle jerk . . . definitely not the Able service (or quality of tool) I am used to.
Hope the new owners will clean up the operation ASAP.
